Knoxville’s Premier Food Truck

Denton and Jamie Hickman started catering over eight years ago, serving crowds of up to 650 people in Knox and surrounding counties.

After years of catering, the Hickmans decided to turn their catering business into a local food truck. In the summer of 2022, Knox Bun was officially born and is quickly becoming a fan favorite around Knoxville!
